It would be an exciting environment if there was a professional administrative management.

I have worked for this company in the past and unfortunately I cannot recommend it to others. Communication within the team and with management was extremely poor. Important information was often not communicated clearly or not at all, which led to misunderstandings. Another major problem was that there were often insinuations in the room. Instead of working constructively on issues, accusations and rumors were often used. This led to a toxic working environment in which people constantly had to justify themselves instead of concentrating on the actual work. Professionalism also left a lot to be desired. Instead of treating each other respectfully and constructively, there was often gossip behind colleagues' backs. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in a professional environment and had a negative impact on the team atmosphere. Overall, I can only say that my experience at this company was disappointing.

Positive: Götti's products are of high quality, and it is positive to mention that production takes place directly on site in Switzerland.

Unfortunately, my personal experience with the application process was disappointing and ultimately shocking. I was initially offered the job, but the very next day I received a call with a sudden rejection. The reason for this was extremely vague and seemed evasive. When I asked for a more detailed explanation, the company was uncooperative and gave me the cold shoulder. In addition, the company has extremely outdated processes, which are clearly evident in the application process and internal procedures. In retrospect, it seems as if I was given a hasty acceptance without really standing behind it, and that the company deliberately put on a good face. This experience was very disappointing for me personally, as I felt betrayed and mistreated. Based on this experience, I unfortunately cannot recommend Götti to anyone.

I love the end product, which is why I worked there. The offices are modern.

Really bad communication. Many employees resign after a short time. Work processes are sometimes very outdated. Zero appreciation. A great pity.
