The dynamics of structural changes (organisation, leadership) are high and the organisational structure has rarely had time to settle (firmly). Fewer changes, but clarity in tasks and responsibilities would be beneficial. The Komax Group is still struggling with its rapid growth and internationalization. This together with the challenge of digitalization and "Industry 4.0" often leads to double or triple tracks in the fields of activity.
