This works well in the company

The technology is very interesting.There is a lot of potential for the products and for the company in the industry.

This could be improved

Hire more people with experience and listen to them instead of shutting them down. Management operates with a lack of integrity and low ethical standard. Products need to be developed properly before talking to potential customers with misleading data. The team should be working together instead of some employees being promoted when they are the ones providing misleading data and the rest are left behind trying to do the right thing.
