The basic processes and structures at Cargologic are well organized - processes are clearly defined, and those who adapt unconditionally will probably have no problems getting by. There is a certain stability and tasks are generally clearly distributed. However, there is a massive lack of competent managers: Supervisors often act in an authoritarian manner, appear as if they are constantly on a power trip, and take little interest in the well-being of their employees. Anyone who thinks for themselves, is interested in further training or is just a little different will quickly reach their limits - there is no support here. Instead of real leadership, there is control and pressure. Disappointing for a company of this size.

I worked at Cargologic for several months and always performed my duties reliably. Despite this, I was dismissed for trivial reasons - including the fact that I rarely used my phone for school purposes, and only when it was really necessary. I was also accused of not showing "burning enthusiasm" at all times. Apparently, all it takes here is for some supervisors to "blubber" to the boss in order to get rid of someone who is perhaps a little different or more committed than average. Instead of behaving as a fair and supportive employer, Cargologic prefers to try to maintain its internal image of "harmony" so that other employees don't have to complain like children when someone is doing further training at school or is a bit special. This behavior shows that it is not about performance or commitment, but only about fitting into a certain template. Anyone who doesn't is weeded out without any real warning. For me, this approach is unprofessional, disrespectful and disappointing. Anyone who wants to work here should be aware of this.
