So far so good - the company offers a wonderful environment with nice people, plenty of room to develop and a relaxed but professional atmosphere. The office on Bahnhofstrasse is great, the clients are exciting and there are lots of open opportunities. I particularly appreciate the company's confidence in opening up new areas and the opportunity to try something new.

I have just read that a former employee described the employment as not so positive. I can't agree with that at all. In my experience, this is a wonderful company with great people who allow you to develop freely. If you have any questions, they are always there to support you, and the interaction is always friendly and respectful. It feels less like a traditional working environment and more like a collegial atmosphere.

My experience with Exedra AG Zurich was unfortunately anything but positive. Unfortunately, there is a complete lack of professionalism. There is no structured induction at all, and many of the promises that were made later turned out to be false. The working atmosphere in the team is consistently negative, and the mood is severely strained by the poor management style. On several occasions, I have observed inappropriate and disrespectful behavior that was borderline and unacceptable.
