This works well in the company

The new building is quite modern, unfortunately the offices are hamster cages. GL quite friendly.

This could be improved

-Leadership, GL, Management -Processes, IT Infrastructure -Organization, Communication -salary at the bottom of the drawer, social benefits at the minimum (except for the 23 days of vacation)
