The time at berry was a great one! I was able to learn a lot, work out my personal strengths and meet great people.

It is a fast-growing company that has to act quickly. Together as a team, however, this works great!

The company has undergone a full-scale transformation over the last 3 years. This has resulted in new opportunities and possibilities for each individual. Furthermore, it was always important to the management to inform the employees early and transparently about the changes, which I appreciated very much. Berry is committed to New Work and the company lives it at all levels. Only in this way is the approach truly credible. Employees have the opportunity to shape their own daily work routine on their own responsibility and with a high degree of self-determination. In addition, there is no fixed attendance requirement. We only have a joint office day on Wednesdays. On this day, we start the day together at our "berry breakfast", which is very much appreciated by everyone.

Due to the pleasing order situation, the structures could not grow as quickly as might have been necessary. However, this is recognized by the management and they do not hesitate to create new positions to counteract the workload.
