The work is fun. There is a good and informal working atmosphere in my departments. You can get involved and express your opinion. Open discussions are encouraged and you are also supported. There are opportunities to work from home, but in my opinion there is still room for improvement. The team spirit is great and you are treated equally and respected, regardless of gender, origin or age. There are many joint activities. Enables cross-departmental contacts. However, there are not enough spontaneous get-togethers after work.

Even if there are attractive benefits, a 13th monthly salary would be desirable. The appreciation for the extra mile that employees go for customers could be expressed in a different way than just a "great job". A year-end bonus, for example, would be a good alternative. Salary and benefits could be improved. What is missing is a place to retreat. The noise level is sometimes too high at lunch and you can't linger outside in winter. The change of location will certainly bring about an improvement. In my opinion, being able to take a dog with you would support the work-life balance. I miss waste separation and environmental projects that you could take part in. Flexible working hours are not possible in every department.

The working environment is very informal and all employees are valued regardless of their position. The work is fun, varied and always offers new challenges.

There is always room for improvement, but I am very happy with my job here and have never had such a great place to work!

We have a great, young team. It's fun to work together towards the same goals. Home office options and flexible working hours allow for a better quality of life.

In the haar-shop you meet a young and very motivated team. The direct feedback culture is actively lived and so everyone contributes something to the success of the company. The anticipation of the planned new building in Steffisburg is palpable throughout the team.

The haar-shop team has grown strongly in recent years. This growth leads to necessary adjustments in processes and organization, which are currently being addressed.

The working atmosphere is very pleasant and familiar. People help each other and their own needs are taken into account. The working hours are flexible with different shifts. Home office is also possible by arrangement.

The workstations could be made a bit more modern, e.g. standing desks.

The working atmosphere and team cohesion are very good, everyone helps everyone where they can! We are a motivated team and give full throttle for our customers, I find it very nice that this is also appreciated and rewarded by the employer. In general, no previous employer showed me so much appreciation and flexibility as Haar-Shop.ch AG. I am happy to be a part of the Haar-Shop team and can only recommend it!

I appreciate the collegial and appreciative interaction at all levels. Suggestions for process developments are always reviewed and implemented where possible. I am grateful, I have applied at haar-shop and received the opportunity to be part of the team.

There are no points that the company could improve. All the issues that I wanted could be solved in such a way that both parties agree. :) I am completely satisfied.

From my point of view, there is no great potential for improvement. Except maybe more home office days, as I had a very long way to work.
