I received a very friendly welcome from my colleagues and all the other departments when I started work and continued to do so. The induction was very interesting and helpful for my future tasks.

I find the team and the working atmosphere very positive. In addition to a collegial atmosphere, the employees are valued and regularly informed about innovations. The tasks are varied and interesting. In case of bottlenecks and substitutions, people help each other. Regarding the Corona situation, regular information was provided and, if necessary, adjustments were made. The work equipment is up-to-date and modern. I enjoy coming to work.

There are many small kitchens and break areas equipped with everything necessary. Unfortunately, there is no larger canteen for the entire hostettler ag.
