I am a sales consultant and deal with people every day. It is a pleasant but also demanding field of activity that encompasses my working day. I deal with everything from customer meetings and telephone calls to concluding contracts and contacts with insurance companies and importers. You have to like people to get where you want to go and have a passion for motorcycles.

I have been working at the company since May and I am very satisfied. The work processes are structured and goal-oriented. The application process was very professional but still uncomplicated. I think a common and fixed day off brings for the company a motivation boost of the employees. You would always have the team complete and everyone knows what's going on, plus it brings a longer and plannable break for each individual. This would be a new and improved work-life balance for the employees, which would also benefit the company.

Special achievements & own initiatives are enormously appreciated. From the beginning, the company has a lot of trust in you. The management is open to ideas and supports whenever possible.

The operating system is slightly outdated and therefore contains more steps than necessary, but the company is already working on a solution.

Great work colleagues who combine their hobby with their job. You can feel the passion for the motorcycle world.

Some processes could be made more efficient. However, my suggestions for improvement were gratefully received.

From the application to the interview to the probationary period/annual interviews, everything is very regulated and organized. For such a large company, hostettler moto ag is very personal and uncomplicated. You are appreciated for your work, you get praise from the boss himself, small gifts throughout the year and great benefits. All these little things make hostettler moto ag as great as it is. The dear technology and the systems... But the responsible people always work on it, develop further and help us when we have problems. And for such a large company, the whole thing is not so easy.

I am very satisfied with the organization and communication. From application to employment, everything went smoothly. All questions and concerns are dealt with very quickly. The working atmosphere is very good and that makes it fun.

Occasionally there are EDP problems. It is already being worked on and improved.

The cooperation in the branch as well as the head office works very well. Everyone is very helpful
