Flexible working hours which is a real plus. Nice colleagues. There is an event where you meet all your colleagues.

Total lack of parking, no benefits except for a bonus which is a joke. Christmas bonus is non-existent. It would be nice to have incentives for cafeterias, fitness and fleet discounts. The rented buildings are totally outdated. Sitting out at lunch is a no go, all full of buildings and 1 single table always occupied at lunch time. Moving to a modern building would be an ideal option. The salary is also more in the below average range.

Good working atmosphere and good relations with colleagues. Much is done to simplify the processes and to develop guidelines. Flexible working hours and possible to adapt to the personnel situation.

It would be good if laboratory and consulting would cooperate more.

- Due to the size of the group, you get international inquiries, which makes the work more exciting. - Good team cohesion. At least within the department. (Doesn't mean it's not the same outside. The points of contact are just not that big). - Part time possible - Exciting work (Applies to at least one department :), but the same as above applies )

- Efficient is unfortunately different. - The computer systems provided are unfortunately not really a help. - For the size of such a corporation, the employee benefits are very small. - 42 hours/week as 100% is unfortunately no longer really contemporary in this industry. - The salary has necessarily a variable part. A large percentage of which depends on the results of the department. So it can't really be influenced by an employee. But the reason for this is "motivation of the individual employees". - There is very little exchange between the individual locations and departments (in Switzerland). This is probably the result of the fact that TÜV SÜD Switzerland is actually only made up of acquisitions of individual independent companies in Switzerland. And certain locations could definitely benefit from each other. But this is only possible in certain areas.

Extremely exciting issues offer potential for personal development. Flexible working model. Great efforts are made to ensure transparent and clear internal processes. Mostly prudent management.

Little to be offended by. Outlays are sometimes seen as expenses and less as investments. Therefore, the company partly slows itself down and thus also employees.

We are certainly not the best paid in Switzerland, but the work is rewarding and we never get bored

You can work independently and organize your time freely. There is also the possibility to work partly in the home office.

The rented premises should be somewhat beautified.

The teamwork and communication among each other. The flexible working hours are a bonus.

The location is not optimal with two separate workshops. An improvement is being planned
