Flexible working hours which is a real plus. Nice colleagues. There is an event where you meet all your colleagues.
This could be improved
Total lack of parking, no benefits except for a bonus which is a joke. Christmas bonus is non-existent. It would be nice to have incentives for cafeterias, fitness and fleet discounts. The rented buildings are totally outdated. Sitting out at lunch is a no go, all full of buildings and 1 single table always occupied at lunch time. Moving to a modern building would be an ideal option. The salary is also more in the below average range.

- Efficient is unfortunately different. - The computer systems provided are unfortunately not really a help. - For the size of such a corporation, the employee benefits are very small. - 42 hours/week as 100% is unfortunately no longer really contemporary in this industry. - The salary has necessarily a variable part. A large percentage of which depends on the results of the department. So it can't really be influenced by an employee. But the reason for this is "motivation of the individual employees". - There is very little exchange between the individual locations and departments (in Switzerland). This is probably the result of the fact that TÜV SÜD Switzerland is actually only made up of acquisitions of individual independent companies in Switzerland.
