At Marti Technik AG we work on interesting and global projects. Employees are delegated a lot of responsibility and have a great deal of creative freedom. The interaction with and among employees is open, respectful and down-to-earth.

The company has grown strongly in recent years, both organically and through acquisitions. Certain processes therefore still need to be fine-tuned. Fresh input from outside can help the company move forward and complement the wealth of internal experience.

What I particularly appreciate about my employer is the freedom and development opportunities that are offered to me. It's nice to work in an environment that supports my skills and allows me to use my potential within the company.

One aspect of the employer that I find less good is the occasional sluggishness in certain matters and the lack of clarity from the management on various topics.
