Due to the high fluctuation, there are always opportunities for advancement, if that is what you want.

Internal communication is practically non-existent and much is only learned from the media. The appreciation of the employees is very low, which leads to great dissatisfaction. There is hardly any further training, as there is no time for this. The management structures and employment conditions are very outdated.

The HR process is in trouble! On my application a single standard message that needs processing time. After almost 2 months of "radio silence" I assume that my candidacy will not be considered... I hope the other processes in the company work better! Tip: Regular status updates are not only polite and professional but also show respect for the candidate.
