The application process is a disaster... I applied and received a phone appointment that was during my vacation. After receiving this email, I immediately replied that unfortunately the date does not suit me and that I would like to take the appointment before my holidays, or after my holidays. Thereupon I did not receive an answer. On this day where originally my appointment was, but I was on vacation, I was called. Later I received an email that a new appointment was set. So my email was ignored. What can happen is not that bad. During the phone interview I talked to a lady who had her phone on speaker. I hardly understood the lady, several times I pointed out that I did not understand her. Nothing changed. In addition, the vibration noise from her cell phone, yawning and rustling in some documents next to the phone, were very disturbing and awakened in me a complete disinterest in the applicant.
