The job description was well described. What I understood from the lady didn't sound too bad either.

The application process is a disaster... I applied and received a phone appointment that was during my vacation. After receiving this email, I immediately replied that unfortunately the date does not suit me and that I would like to take the appointment before my holidays, or after my holidays. Thereupon I did not receive an answer. On this day where originally my appointment was, but I was on vacation, I was called. Later I received an email that a new appointment was set. So my email was ignored. What can happen is not that bad. During the phone interview I talked to a lady who had her phone on speaker. I hardly understood the lady, several times I pointed out that I did not understand her. Nothing changed. In addition, the vibration noise from her cell phone, yawning and rustling in some documents next to the phone, were very disturbing and awakened in me a complete disinterest in the applicant.

The company has everything it needs to succeed: 1. young, innovative team 2. sufficient resources 3. a super broad customer base 4. a critical size (800 employees!) 5. embedded in the Swisscom family 6. successful transformation behind it 7. solid products

The medium to long-term goals of the company could be communicated even better.

There is a basically good working atmosphere, the strategy is stringent, the management has a cooperative style and the remuneration and benefits are above average.

Localsearch is transforming products, systems and processes. At present, the work equipment is rather heterogeneous and the conversion of skills could be accompanied even more closely.

Those who are not afraid to roll up their sleeves have a lot of leeway in this company and learn a lot.

Recruiting of key roles: More emphasis on cultural fit of the person to the company. Agility and change acceptance are prerequisites for success at Localsearch. Forming and promoting teams is central to the achievement of objectives.

The "DU culture" promotes open communication among employees.

CEOs and executives subordinate everything to their personal success, the individual employee has no significance. An example: If you place a personal request with HR, it can sometimes take several months before you receive an answer. The working climate is now leaving much to be desired.
