Optimization of the cultural fit. Expertise and professional experience should be included in the assessment matrix of applicants in an appropriate ratio to cultural fit. Tasks in the interview should be easy to read and not be presented in 6-point A4 so that a magnifying glass is needed. Furthermore, GA data reports should not be adjusted retrospectively in order to mislead applicants. As a general rule, employees should be advised to greet waiting applicants in a friendly manner. While I was waiting in the anteroom, over 20 employees came in and out of the office. Not one person said hello. The interview manager complained that I was too punctual or too early. Extreme unconscious bias present. Multiple misperceptions of me as a person. Nonsensical personal questions. Interview manager didn't see in the different applications that two former colleagues from the same company had applied and were the best match.

The application process is a disaster... I applied and received a phone appointment that was during my vacation. After receiving this email, I immediately replied that unfortunately the date does not suit me and that I would like to take the appointment before my holidays, or after my holidays. Thereupon I did not receive an answer. On this day where originally my appointment was, but I was on vacation, I was called. Later I received an email that a new appointment was set. So my email was ignored. What can happen is not that bad. During the phone interview I talked to a lady who had her phone on speaker. I hardly understood the lady, several times I pointed out that I did not understand her. Nothing changed. In addition, the vibration noise from her cell phone, yawning and rustling in some documents next to the phone, were very disturbing and awakened in me a complete disinterest in the applicant.
