Mobiliar is a very good and renowned provider in the area of property insurance. It's a pity that they don't live up to their full-bodied promises (transparent process, prompt decisions, etc.) when it comes to recruitment.

The application process is completely non-transparent and drags on for months without a song, regular communication with candidates is completely lacking. Thus, the marketable candidates simply continue to run in times of shortage of skilled workers...

After the online application I was contacted promptly and informed about the next steps. Everything happened as announced, did not get the job, but will try again in due course.
