The company organizes a lot of great parties, but if you can't go (because it's daughter's birthday) you are threatened with termination, which is not so cool.

I have heard many rumors about this company, despite this I applied, which quickly turned out to be a mistake. The high turnover confirms all the bad rumors, and the company is well known in the region. Everyone who works or has worked there does not find good words, I was advised against applying several times, but I did not believe people until I started working. The disrespectful nature of the top management needs to be changed, employees are not animals! Public embarrassment and insults are unacceptable these days. I was afraid to come to work after a short time, no one likes to work there, the high pressure and monitoring makes long-term work at this company impossible, which is why I left as soon as possible.

Good atmosphere in the external plant, no piece number specifications, controls, etc., you can also chat with the office people for an hour without anyone complaining. The head of mechanic often comes over to chat and chill and brings news from the other plant, the mood is worse.

A lot is expected, but unfortunately little comes back. 4 weeks of vacation, of which 3 weeks must be taken as company vacation and other days as bridge days, you only have 2-3 days of vacation a year, which you can take when you want.
