It's great that telemedicine is available and that patients can contact us at any time if they are unsure. The employees really make an effort to do their work well, even though the conditions are sometimes really difficult. It's a company that does and promises a lot to find new employees. Unfortunately, promises are often not kept in everyday working life. Unfortunately, the employee handbook is also changing, mainly to the benefit of employers and to the detriment of employees.

In this company you are on the phone for 7.5 hours per shift, talking to customers and giving medical advice.

Very fast response to application. Interview: very friendly and empathetic managers/employees who take the time to explain the company and the work well.

I don't see where things could be improved. Very good impression.

+ open culture + versatile and exciting work content + very good infrastructure I am valued as an employee and with my work I can directly help our customers.

Some processes are not yet fully developed. But I can also contribute ideas here.
