We used to have enough freedom and trust in the individual employees. However, the team spirit is exemplary (sales). Exciting tasks in themselves. The products are premium (especially bid 7.5t) but all the problems and inflexibility in the company are ruining a lot, including the reputation!

Everything is going downhill. The sales department, including scheduling and marketing, was completely restructured, resulting in chaos. Now there is no longer any proper management! Experienced, good employees who were in key positions were dismissed, and some of them were severely betrayed, which really shouldn't be the case! There is a lack of trust. A lot of things are also controlled centrally from Turin, which makes things even more complicated. Personally, I'm glad I'm no longer there. Keep your eyes open please!

Get a lot of freedom to achieve my goals. The company has great confidence in the individual employees and the conscientious execution of work. There is no eternal control craze here.

Information exchange works well top-down - but there is not so much information among the teams. More could be done here through the QS system.
