There were recently problems with the telephone system, which the company addressed directly and the telephone system is now being replaced. What I'm trying to say is that the management is open to suggestions for improvement and implements them directly wherever possible, especially if it makes everyday working life easier in general or promotes a better experience for customers. That's great!
