This works well in the company
The well-being of the employees is very well taken into account at RGBP. The working atmosphere is pleasant and collegial and the way of working is professional and accurate. The employees and the management are open and helpful. There are always varied, challenging and exciting tasks.
This could be improved
I see potential for improvement in the support of the team by new employees in order to increase the performance and possibilities of RGBP even more.
