A truly Chinese Bank and top global player. Staff is diverse but work culture is Chinese. On the one hand this is positive; on the other hand this brings certain challenges for non-Chinese staff to get used to. However, I met great, smart and well educated people at CCB. This is a very good place to learn about financing and money markets/treasury. There is definitely the chance to further develop the business, bring value to customers and achieve something big. I received good development support from senior and executive management. Office location is very central in the Zurich Financial district and offices are very modern. Perks are ok; free coffee, lunch checks, 5-6 weeks of vacation. Market rate pay; ok. I left CCB because I received a great offer from another bank.
