The contact seems friendly and at eye level. They took the time to introduce the company and gave me enough space to introduce myself. In short, it was a conversation and not going through a list of questions.

I applied for a position that was explicitly advertised as 80-100%. During the first interview (with HR), I told them that I could only work 80% due to my training. That also seemed ok. At the second interview (directly with the team leader), I suddenly found out that 100% was absolutely necessary for the position.

Other people I met there were friendly and open, it was just the interview process that was bad.

The whole process was quite unpersonal und unprofessional. First there was a video interview with the HR manager. It contained the typical standard questions. I got invited to a second interview in the office. The HR manager sent me an email with the dates on Friday evening for an interview on Monday morning.
