This works well in the company
The public relations and related PR machinery.

To finally unravel and point out the entanglement, so that the performance of individual protagonists is more clearly evident. And then also the corresponding consequences can be drawn. Restrict the "kingdoms" of individual service areas and reduce them to their main task. Take managers at all levels to task and show them what the home is there for and who it is there for. For the people/residents and not for individual show elements of the employees/leaders.

Dear ex-RPB colleague Everyone talks about communication and feedback culture, but only a few live it - actually a pity. As an employer, we want an open dialog and are open to your suggestions, criticism and ideas for improvement. Share them with us and thus become an influencer of our further development. In order to live up to our motto "learning from the past for the future", we need more details from you on the points of criticism. I would be very happy about a confidential exchange. My contact details: maurus.felix@rpb.ch or +41 56 203 81 29.

This works well in the company
some new managers have started in the nursing area at RPB and bring a new momentum to the company. The nursing cadre is growing together. Team development is currently being given space in all departments in nursing, because good work can only be done with good team cohesion. With the support of experts, we are improving the quality of care and reviewing the processes in nursing. The RAI managers support the nursing staff in the correct classification. Due to the different specialties (dementia, geriatrics, high care levels, palliative departments, younger and agogic, gerontopsychiatry) the care center is a great (learning) place where you can develop. We offer various trainings, apprenticeships, as well as catch-up trainings and support the development of our employees.
