Here you can take responsibility and divide up your work independently. The working climate is very good and modern technologies (Angular, Docker, ...) are used. We invest a lot to understand the customer and to sell a good product to the customer. This leads to very good and stable customer relationships. Problems can be addressed. Up to the highest boss the doors are always open and one is listened to. Unfortunately, the company finds it difficult to find suitable personnel in software development. But also this problem has been recognized and will hopefully be fixed soon.
