Very long and complicated processing: - The HR manager can hardly be reached by telephone, e-mails are not answered at all or answered very late. - general feedback takes several weeks (3-4 weeks per "step") Unprofessional appearance at the interview: - HR manager with whom the interview should take place not present - employees did not know where she is - long wait for "substitute interlocutor" - there were no concrete answers to questions as they themselves did not know about it - one of the two conversation partners then disappeared before the tour of the company (after the conversation) without saying goodbye or shaking hands. One does not feel taken seriously by the points mentioned and "forgotten". Conclusion: Very disappointing!
