The management is interested in new developments in education. It promotes the further training of employees and organizes further training on current topics every year, e.g. AI, motivation and visual communication for teaching. The atmosphere is always motivating. The guidelines are clear, the goals are regularly reiterated and the motto "educate to elevate" is practiced in everyday teaching.

Collegiality is valuable, but not everyone appreciates it.
