In all areas. Especially in the motivation of the employees. An above-average amount of overtime has to be worked. On Friday or before holidays there is chaos and leaving on time is a crime. A thank you would be enough in some cases. An employee training would be very appropriate, so that the basic conditions are clear for all and one can orient oneself after something.
