Dementia ward with large garden. Competent, empathetic, authentic ward management, who understood how to lead and motivate the team. Holistic, individual care of the residents gave me the feeling of great satisfaction at work. I very much appreciated the fact that I was able to take unpaid leave without any complications. For me it is praiseworthy that the coffee break is free

Kitchen area - more individual possibilities, (the eye eats with) especially for residents with restrictions (chewing and swallowing problems)

This works well in the company
I have found a very pleasant, friendly and open climate here. The residents are the centre of attention and visibly feel comfortable. But the employees are not neglected either. We benefit from many advantages such as discounted food and cool events. As the mother of a small child, I am very grateful for the flexibility of the working hours I have here at the office. The management is open for ideas and very modern thinking. I can really recommend the foundation as an employer!
