The atmosphere really makes all the difference, as does the closeness between the teams. Nobody plays the little boss (even the big boss!) and I really feel heard when I have something to say.

Like everyone else, we wouldn't say no to a pay rise. But we're spoilt otherwise, the restaurant Le Stamm is just incredible and on top of that we get a daily subsidy.

The work you do is appreciated, if you have something to say you are listened to. If you are motivated and have ideas, it is easy to develop and implement them.

Every day is a good day at QoQa. We work hard and the days are sometimes long, but always in a good mood. Everyone is in his or her place, and there's something in it for everyone.

Continuing training options for employees still have room for improvement

There's a great deal of trust and responsibility, and no two days are alike. There are opportunities to work from home, and the company looks after its employees with a host of benefits to make day-to-day life easier. There's a good dynamic in the teams and a good general state of mind that facilitates collaboration between the different departments: we all pull together to satisfy our customers!

A lot of HR work is currently being done to improve access to training and rebalance pay scales which historically (start-ups) may have been rather unequal. The company is very transparent in this respect, which is much appreciated.

The unique and sometimes extravagant atmosphere never detracts from a job well done. Every employee is valued and given the opportunity to express themselves or contribute ideas. Holacratic governance makes for efficient, straightforward sessions, while allowing us to listen to each other's tensions. Colleagues are always ready to listen, whether it's to find solutions to work-related or personal concerns. Free hours; as long as the work gets done, everyone manages their time as they see fit. The absence of a strict managerial system means that each person's responsibilities are valued according to the roles they wish to take on.

Salaries are decent without being huge, but we have tons of perks on the side that make up for it. Short project deadlines can be frustrating for those who like to take their time.
