+ Cooperation among departments is mostly very pleasant + Good promotion opportunities within the company; open positions are first tried to be filled internally + HR/team leaders also have an open ear for private matters + Free parking for all employees
This could be improved
- Management is unfortunately very "French". Very authoritarian, decisions/changes are usually implemented much too quickly and after all the effort has been made, one then realizes that it was probably too premature. - Staff restaurant was closed due to new GL and all kitchen staff thus laid off - 2019 the last real Christmas dinner - No/barely any wage increases - No more apprentices will be hired
