K33 Hairhotel

Unfortunately, I have to rate my experience at K33 as extremely unsatisfactory. I could hardly find anything positive during my time there. The working conditions were inadequate, communication was chaotic and inefficient, and the management showed little to no respect for the employees and their work.

The extensive video surveillance with sound severely impaired privacy and trust in the workplace. It was difficult to feel free and carefree as there was a constant awareness of being watched and judged.

Absolutely NOTHING! The management showed no respect for the employees and their work. There was constant overtime without adequate compensation and any employee concerns were ignored or downplayed. The constant burden of these onerous rules made work an unpleasant and demotivating experience. Instead of encouraging and supporting employees, I felt exploited and restricted. Communication within the company was chaotic and ineffective, which led to misunderstandings and mistakes that were ultimately passed on to the employees. Examples: incorrect scheduling, constant reproaches, checking whether you put on your jacket at 1 to 7. There was a constant climate of fear and uncertainty, which stifled all motivation and productivity.

My experience at K33 Hairhotel began with glittering promises that quickly proved to be empty words. From the outset, I was promised rosy future prospects and opportunities for professional development, which ultimately proved to be illusions. The working conditions were miserable, the corporate culture was toxic and the management was completely disinterested in the interests of the employees. Not only were we monitored with cameras, but also recorded with sound, which undermined any privacy and confidentiality in the workplace.it was impossible to feel truly free and carefree as you constantly felt like you were being watched and judged. Not only did it violate any sense of privacy, but it also created a hostile environment where employees could not feel safe.

I like working at K33 Hairhotel and I really like the young team, we only have a 40hour week and a super good salary.

I think since the demand is so high, it needs even more employees.
