I work and help with the production. There is a "system" in which nobody wants to participate and still wants to be enforced from above. As a trained person I am one of the few who made one. The rest are people who don't speak German or hardly speak German at all. It was said we should motivate each other and say if we have done something well. But when the machine is running at maximum speed it says, "Can't you make it run faster?" instead of, "Very well set up and clean bags coming out".
