Super friendly working atmosphere. I immediately felt very welcome. A lot of time was taken for a thorough familiarization including destination training.

Since I have only recently started, I cannot say much about it yet. I hope it will stay that way :)

Es war ein sehr sympathisches und angenehmes Telefonat, sodass ich mich sofort sehr wohlgefühlt habe. Das gibt es leider nicht so oft , und deshalb nochmals ein Dankeschön für das Gespräch. I recently applied for a job at Boa Lingua AG. Only after one day I received a call. It was a very sympathetic and pleasant phone call, why i felt myself immediately very comfortable. I returned to Boa Lingua after a trip as a long-time employee - the positive and open atmosphere in the teams and among all the different departments is great, the enthusiasm for travel and the product is palpable among the employees as well as in the management. New and returning employees are carefully trained and kept up to date. No working day is the same and it is always a pleasure to arrange an exciting language trip abroad for people! The employees themselves can also benefit from free language stays as well as unpaid holidays, which is just great! In addition, the work locations of the various branches are always close to the train stations and therefore very central, and the offices are also very modern - I am happy to be back at Boa Lingua and look forward to continuing to be part of the great Boa spirit!

I currently see no negative point to my employer - if problems do arise, Boa Lingua is always able to communicate these openly, because we live by open and honest communication. Everything's great!

During the job interviews, a great deal of attention was paid to getting to know each other. The focus was not only on specialist knowledge, but also on people with their attitudes, experiences and views on various topics that go beyond the professional. The impression soon arose that the company wanted to recruit not only technical experts, but also people with distinctive social skills who had a positive influence on the company culture. The personal contact corresponded to me and led to a personal and open getting to know each other, which brought various advantages for both parties.

The application process of Boa Lingua is flawless! Fast and correct processing. I just recently started my new challenge at Boa Lingua. However, I was very warmly received and greeted! You will be very well introduced to the company from the beginning and the products/services will be explained in detail! The working atmosphere is great and the working area well coordinated! Boa Lingua is a very organized, young and open company! The employees are highly valued and encouraged from the very beginning!

In the beginning it took some time until I received feedback on my application. Afterwards everything went fast, cordial, friendly and above all very flexible and uncomplicated. Already from the telephone interview I felt comfortable and the team welcomes you very cordially. The tasks are clear and structured, and as far as I can judge now, the team allows a lot of room for independence and personal responsibility, but also the possibility to always ask for support.

The kitchen and the toilets for the employees are a bit small.
