Unfortunately, I have experienced a number of challenges within the company that have put a strain on my day-to-day work. In particular, it is noticeable that there is a lack of appreciation and trust on the part of management towards employees. Decisions are often made at short notice, which reinforces the impression of a 'hire and fire' mentality. The pronounced micromanagement also leads to employees being restricted in their personal responsibility, which is demotivating and leaves the potential of many colleagues untapped. This leads to a high level of frustration, as there is a lack of constructive communication and long-term perspectives.
