Equal treatment of employees urgently needed. Not everyone has equal rights and this leads to a poor working atmosphere. Management style urgently needs to be adapted. Lack of trust in employees, loss of competencies, which leads to loss of motivation.

Employees are taken seriously by their superiors and by the new managing director, and their work is appreciated. When challenges arise, the managing director always has an open ear and works proactively to find a solution.

There is room for improvement in every company, and CSI is no exception. The processes in the various task areas could certainly be improved.
