The benefits at Hoval are very attractive, and the "you" culture right from the start creates a pleasant working atmosphere. However, there are also areas where there is still room for improvement, which sometimes affects the overall flow and satisfaction."

Potential for improvement in dealing with employees. The "you" culture does not always seem to be implemented consistently, especially with regard to the integration of new team members. It is difficult to get fully involved and become part of the team when contact and exchange are rather limited. Another area for improvement is leadership. Sometimes I have the impression that some managers are not optimally prepared for their role, which can affect efficiency and the working atmosphere. It would be helpful here if more were invested in leadership skills and team management in order to promote cooperation and ensure clearer support for employees."

Despite telephone registration, there is no answer, one is not called back.

Hoval has it the same as most companies, they don't hire over 50s.

Very familiar contact with the employees. Innovative products and a very good image in the market. Fair, performance-related remuneration and good social benefits. All in all, I like working at Hoval very much.

Sometimes I wished for a bit more plucking from my superiors who sometimes seemed a bit static.

Processes are rather difficult to find. Office furniture is rather old.
