The team cohesion is mega at MACD and I also include the CEO. For every problem, be it private or professional, you always find an open ear and solutions are sought. The company stands behind its employees and the employees stand behind the company. We are more of a big family than just employees.

The communication could be improved a bit because if you are on vacation or sick, you have to read through several meeting minutes to know what the current status is and that takes away from the already limited time. A weekly summary as a document would be great.
