At this company, only hourly wages and a short probationary period of three months are agreed. Shortly before the end of this probationary period, the contract is then terminated for seemingly arbitrary reasons - a practice that has not only happened to me, but also to two of my colleagues. Positive things in the company: Unfortunately, I personally have not had any positive experiences to emphasize anything good about the company.
