To be honest, I can't say. I think it's a shame that the company itself doesn't take time for its applicants. You get assessments and explanatory videos, but you don't get any feedback for weeks. Also the way the videos are made is so not transparent and disrespectful. You have to present yourself completely but still do not get to present the company even at the second interview.

Bad I do not want to invest much time as the company also does not invest time in their employee or applicant.

not good at all i just say RUN. Too little money for way too much work. unless you have no private life & want to live for Jysk then apply there.

poorly paid too much work 6 days a week normal à 12h an allrounder function heavy hauling of furniture not for people who "only" want to work in sales.

The company has a great culture & leadership mentality. All employees are on a "YOU" basis.

The organization could be a little better, but it is being worked on.

In addition, many innovations are currently being tackled to make store operations digital and much simpler - once this is achieved, JYSK will be the best employer in the retail industry!

One potential for improvement lies in bringing the positive mood and working atmosphere into all stores equally.
