The working atmosphere and the mood in the team is mostly pleasant (varies from branch to branch).

This could be improved

Lowest wages with high demands on the staff. For example, there is no cost sharing for work clothes, but these are prescribed. Sunday and holiday work is only minimally better paid than other days and with full-time employment you often have only a few days off.
