This works well in the company
The working atmosphere in the team is ingenious. You spur each other on, but also keep each other's backs free when things get too much and like to spend some time together away from work. The management responds to the wishes and interests of individual employees as far as possible and actively promotes individual development (e.g. with supported further training).
This could be improved
Of course, there are always details that can be improved. But these are really only details and not worth mentioning. All in all, the Vocational Training Center is definitely the best employer in my career to date.
