Some concerns are not taken seriously. - Much blasphemy, sneaky people. I hope things will change for the better. You should train your employees so well that they could leave, but treat them so well that they want to stay. Should take Vivendra to heart.

You give a lot, but you don't get anything back. The wage relationship is unfairly regulated, not at all appreciative of what one does. As far as further training is concerned, there is a concept that is not at all justifiable on my part. Worked for the foundation for 10 years and should still have passed an aptitude test. OBWOHL doesn't even pay for my training. Much incompetence experienced by superiors; bullying, blasphemy, clumsiness, etc. that says a lot about the management of the foundation. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend the foundation to anyone. Too bad for the clientele.
