As we are a small team, we can coordinate well with each other. The team is very collegial and open communication is very welcome. You can make things happen and have a lot of freedom. The infrastructure is modern. The variety of products is very interesting and we are active in many sectors.

Coordination with the parent company is sometimes a bit difficult, but this is practically the case in many international companies. Promotion opportunities are very limited as our team is small. But we are still growing....

The team is harmonious, products are great and the working environment and management are professional and well organized.

The company has good products, but could demonstrate more depth in certain areas of its portfolio.

We at Wieland Electric are a great team that treats each other with respect. Open communication is important. The working atmosphere is very pleasant and you are valued. The work is varied and with new projects that come along, the working day is always exciting. There are parking spaces available, the offices are bright and the spacious workplaces are modern. It's fun to work here at Wieland.

At the moment I have no suggestions for improvement. Should any arise, then these will be openly communicated and suggestions for improvement made and / or a solution sought together.

The dynamic management style of Wieland Electric AG always makes work interesting and varied. The beautiful workplaces and the nice colleagues contribute a lot to having joy and fun at work.

The home office workload could be increased somewhat for all employees.
