As we are a small team, we can coordinate well with each other. The team is very collegial and open communication is very welcome. You can make things happen and have a lot of freedom. The infrastructure is modern. The variety of products is very interesting and we are active in many sectors.

Coordination with the parent company is sometimes a bit difficult, but this is practically the case in many international companies. Promotion opportunities are very limited as our team is small. But we are still growing....
