The job is varied and interesting, the tasks are exciting and the management style is human and the paths are short. The people are great, it's fun and you are quickly and well received. Flexible working hours, the possibility of home office and easy communication make the job valuable.

At the EMEA level, the decision-making processes are sometimes long, which is certainly noticeable. Internal communication and the flow of information could be improved, as could cooperation between the various teams. There is still development potential here.

I can't judge that yet. There is nothing to criticize about the application process and the associated personal interviews. My impression: Great people, great company!

No potential for improvement apparent. The two job interviews were in a professional but very pleasant atmosphere. I felt very comfortable with the HR manager and the unit manager.
