The self-organized (guided self-organization) working model promotes personal responsibility and flexibility, but can lead to uncertainties, especially for new employees. The CSP is actively working to minimize these through clear structures, methods and feedback processes.

Regular employee surveys are used to identify and work on optimization potential. This enables the CSP to reflect on its corporate culture and develop further.

Working in a (managed) self-organization appeals to me very much and I can't imagine doing anything else.

Working as a PL/consultant requires a lot of self-organization/management and not everything can always be planned, as projects sometimes have delays and everything comes up at once - but this is in the nature of things and also makes the work so exciting!

Great is the possibility to influence almost all topics. This is strongly encouraged by the guided self-organization.

There is certainly room for improvement at CSP in dealing with back-office staff. The problem has been recognized and the situation will hopefully improve soon.

The work is very varied. The managed self-organization supports innovative projects and new ideas in dealing with customers as well as internal improvements. Every employee can contribute horizontally or vertically at any time and always finds an open ear for their concerns. This is very appreciative and motivates us immensely in our day-to-day work.

At CSP AG, we have been living a managed self-organization since 01.01.2021. This requires a high degree of self-responsibility and initiative on the part of the employees. These two aspects should be increasingly taken into account when hiring new employees.

The new managed self-organization CSPstars is well underway. The potential for improvement has been jointly identified. And we have it in our own hands to realize them. And we are on it.

In a consulting company, you are generally a lone wolf. Not so at the CSP. There are at least two people on each mandate. You can bring all your questions to all your colleagues and almost always find answers and support.

Self-initiative is demanded and encouraged. Through many varied assignments and mandates, the working day is never boring. In case of obstacles and problems, all employees are available with their knowledge and experience and offer support. Continuous training is a matter of course and the internal know-how transfer is an integral part of the strategy.

Through regular employee surveys and in the current situation of the introduction of managed self-organization, the uncovering of potential for improvement is very present. Suggestions are actively solicited, are welcome and are taken up - thus there is no current need for further action in this area.
