The team atmosphere was great. In spite of all the work, there was always laughter and the snack corners, where you could bring something sweet or something healthy for the team, made sure of that. The work colleagues were always first and always helped. I really liked the application process. In a nutshell, both parties were able to disclose facts and wishes and quickly find a consensus. The location is absolutely ingenious. 10 minutes to Zurich main station and the proximity to Langstrasse promises a large selection of take-aways and restaurants. With the flexible working hours, I still had enough time for leisure and hobby. The all-round terrace was always good for a breather.

I see the greatest potential for improvement in the induction phase. It may well be longer and more serene. However, this in turn promotes personal responsibility and you learn a lot on your own. Unfortunately the working hours are not quite so flexible, i.e. you are not allowed to work before 07:00 and not longer than 17:30 in the evening. I would warmly welcome the Du culture (it already prevails in the team).

Absolutely reliable, sympathetic and result oriented! Very close to the customer/applicant and pleasant service. Can absolutely recommend Ms. La Regina in Zürich and the job placement. Keep it going!!!

Since I have to write something here so that I have to send the questionnaire, perhaps, the one that I had to wait a little long for the answer from time to time, whether there is interest on the part of the company to hire me or not. But that was also often due to the job offering company delaying the process. You might have to double it, otherwise it will water down and I simply don't hear from the recruiter anymore, concern the position if I don't ask for it myself.

Potential for improvement: send each applicant a reply, at least an acknowledgement of receipt. I expect a message from a professional agency on how to proceed with the candidacy.

I sent my complete dossier (ü50, very well qualified) to a concrete call for tenders (several temporary vacancies). I never received an answer/feedback.

Salärauszahlung. Ein wenig zu kompliziert mit den Stunden und dazu noch einige Fehler bei den Auszahlungen.
