I have applied as Call Center Agent Outbound 80-100% (FR/DE). Working hours are from 7:30 - 17:30. I have 7 years professional experience. They offered me a salary of CHF 3600 at 100% (!) and said that everyone earns the same amount. My French is mother tongue at C2 level! Sorry, but those who have more professional and life experience and more language skills should also earn more. I got a commitment and I canceled.
