So I've been here for a long time and feel really valued, taken seriously and part of something that makes sense. I go home every night and feel that I have changed something or had a positive influence. I have also experienced very good development here myself and have always been and am very happy with my salary and bonus - of course it all depends a bit on you, as you see. I am a positive person, the people who work here I find very good professionally and I can learn a lot. I have a very nice supervisor who always has an open ear. So I can really recommend this place of work.

I have been able to develop a lot here, I don't see so much potential for improvement. It's very family. Maybe a few more plants, I like plants but I know my boss doesn't like them and thinks that's just work...

A lot is going on here :-). I thought it was great, always something going on never boring. I wanted to take a new step after 4 years of administration, but I am now uncertain whether it was a good decision. I learned a lot and every year there were new developments. My current environment I feel as slow towards globegarden and this pulse was sometimes too much for me but now I miss the pulse somehow.
